Berlin offers us all the ingredients we need, to eat and cook
as variable, seasonal and international as we’d like. From the salsify and
chard bought at the organic farmers market to the summer roll full of fresh
herbs at the Vietnamese restaurant at the corner. From the cured fish at the
Cevicheria to the Pulled Pork sandwich during Street Food Thursday at
Markthalle Neun. I want to and hope to show it all!
